With a revised geometry, this year’s Provincial Trail line prefers trails to bike lanes, just like you. The geometry isn’t the only update you’ll notice — the second generation Provincial Trail 1 also gets a few upgrades to make your time on two wheels easier and more comfortable. Shimano’s Cues drivetrain puts 20 hill flattening gears at your fingertips and delivers solid performance and easy maintenance. Reliable mechanical disc brakes keep you in control of your speed and are a big step-up from rim brakes. The revised frame now wears a carbon fibre fork, replacing the first generation’s chromoly fork. This change reduces weight and complements the plush 45mm tires, helping smooth out those rough gravel grinds. And when you can’t enjoy the road less travelled, the Trail 1 is also a great performer on your weekday commute.
